As a small business, we have a no returns or exchanges policy for hygiene, production reasons as all products are custom dyed and made to order, environmental and import restriction reasons. We genuinely appreciate your understanding in this matter and kindly advise our customers to carefully review our size guide or reach out to us for assistance to ensure a satisfactory purchase experience.


All our items undergo quality checks before leaving our production facility and being shipped to you. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, it's essential to reach out to NO SUPPLY on the same day of delivery and before wearing or washing the item. Please ensure the security strap/tag remains intact. NO SUPPLY will not issue refunds or replacements for items with a broken or tampered security strap/tag, missing protection bags and missing additional packing goods in the shipment, or if the garment has been worn or washed. Please be aware that our products are closely monitored for quality before being dispatched.
